So staying on theme, I wanted to be a cool Mama for Bentley today and let him set up and decorate his very own Christmas tree for his room. I’ll be honest, it’s always a challenge doing anything that takes more than 5 minutes with a toddler, but in the end, he loved it and has been RAWRing at his gold dino ornament.

When I chose the ornaments for his tree, I wanted a couple of Christmas balls but was worried they'd break. I found these darling wooden ones in the gift-wrapping section and knew they were perfect! He loved putting them on his tree, and we added three larger ornaments--two plush deer and a gold plastic dino! This way, if he gets ahold of any of the ornaments, none of them will break--they're toddler-proof!
